As a result, slight differences in finish, distressing, colour, print placement, or texture may occur between pieces. These are not considered faults where they are part of the intended design.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or remove products from sale at any time without notice.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices on our site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, descriptions, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
Orders may be cancelled if incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed due to an error.

delays may occur due to volume, materials, or hand-finishing requirements
Limited or numbered items may not be restocked once sold out unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by:

incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
weather events
strikes
other circumstances outside our control
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply.

returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
returns must comply with our published return policy
some items may not be eligible for return, including made-to-order, limited, customised, hand-finished, or final sale items where clearly stated

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
