1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.
Some items may require additional handling time, including:
• made-to-order pieces
• hand-painted pieces
• limited editions
• pre-order items
Where extra processing time applies, it will be stated on the product page.
2. Shipping
Australia
We offer free Australia-wide shipping on orders over AUD $160.
For orders under this threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and peak periods.
International
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• International Standard / Courier: 7–21 business days
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.
3. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing window, please contact us at info@versant.au.
4. Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at info@versant.au before sending your item back.
Return conditions:
• the item must be unworn and unused
• the item must be returned in original condition
• the return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
• made-to-order items
• pre-order items
• customised or personalised items
• final sale items
If a product is non-returnable, this will be stated on the product page.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@versant.au with:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos where relevant
If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Versant Studios will cover the return shipping cost where approved.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
